1- Typing to increase customer satisfaction by adhering to national and international standard.

2- Defining and clarifying quality goals and ensuring their accomplishment and implementation.

4- Creating the right environment for the growth and creating of the personnel by expanding the culture of organization partnership to increase productivity and reduce costs.

5- Establishment of continues improvement review, evaluation and effectiveness of management system in order to increase the efficiency of system, processes and staff in order to maintain and improve market share through increasing quality and timely delivery of services.

FLY DUSHANBE AIRLINES is committed to developing and continuing improvement of safety and process in order to achieve the highest level of safety performance and delivering safe service to customer, affiliated companies and staffs as bellow:

1- Establishing and development of safety culture throughout the company.

2- Preparation and implementation of integrated safety management system in all level of operation of activities.

3- Developing safety standards in compliance with legal national and international standards and requirements.

4- Defining accurate responsibilities of staff and managers for effective implementation of the integrated safety management system.

5- Ensuring sufficient and effective training and awareness of all staff in order to improve the level of their safety and SMS knowledge.

6- Allocating required resources and facilities for implementation of safety strategies and processes.

7- Ensuring that assigned duties are proportional to the safety related knowledge and skills of staff considering the safety principles.

8- Ensuring that all managers and employees are committed and accountable for their safety duties.

FLYDUSHANBE AIRLINES SECURITY STATEMENT

In according with defined national issues of Republic of Tajikistan, related acts of CAA.TJ regulations of NCASP and international aviation rules and regulations (ICAO and IATA), Fly Dushanbe Airlines commits itself to provide necessary resources (human, financial, hardware and software) to implement Security management System (SeMS), to promote security awareness to establish the security culture to best advantage by considering the following objectives:

1- All levels of management and all employees are accountable for the delivery of this highest level of security performance, starting with the Accountable Manager.

2- Fly Dushanbe develops and implements processes to prevent acts of unlawful interference that may occur on the ground of during flights and establishes security objectives and security performance standards

3- Implementation of Security management System (SeMS) as the major responsibility for management and employees.

4- Provision of resources necessary for the successful implementation of this including close cooperation between Managing Director and senior managers to ensure an active responsibility culture.

5- Compliance with applicable national and international regulations and standards

6- The promotion of security awareness as a security culture by establishment of rigid Security Training Program according to National Civil Aviation Security Training Program (NCASTP).

7- Emphasizing the observance of employee`s privacy and not divulging their personal secrets.

8- The establishment of security objectives and security performance standards.

9- Continual improvement of the SеMS, challenge identification and regular monitoring measures such as audits and inspections.

10- Promotion of a non-punitive, non-divulging reporting system to proactively identify security threats risks and implement a just culture.

11- Periodic review of the policy to ensure continuing relevance to the organization.
